YINHATHA: A combination of yin and hatha yoga. Predominantly yin with light hatha spices. Slow, dynamic flows and long meditative holds, breathwork and meditation.
Maintaining and improving mobility, balance, co-ordination, flexibility and release of tension in the myofacial network, as well as balancing the nervous system and relaxing the body and mind.
Zoom classes on Fridays between 9.00am - 10.00am (SAST)

Yinhatha yoga is an exercise and like all exercise, the body needs to be in a relatively good condition of health and wellness to perform. The teacher of this class takes safety measure in describing the poses but the student must listen to his or her own body at all times, taking full responsibility to notice any discomfort and make appropriate changes. The teacher of this class takes no responsibility for any injury that may occur during or as a result of these classes. (Sometimes a person has a physical niggle already
and a movement exasperates it, where it was not the movement itself that caused it).
Before making a payment, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions and indemnify all parties from any injury that may occur during or resulting from these classes.
*Proof of payment must be sent by 4.00pm on Tuesday before the class on Friday to receive zoom meeting code. (The zoom meeting confirmation link will be sent by e-mail or WhatsApp)
