The AHIM-SA MINI Yoga Bolster is firm and supportive, yet soft and supple. Yoga bolsters are a versatile prop that can bring comfort and support to a variety of yoga poses. From supporting your back in Hero Pose to relieving tension in the lower back in Savasana, a bolster can greatly enhance your practice. A great way to incorporate friendly props into your studio.

Providing optimal support and perfect for Yin yoga, restorative yoga, and prenatal yoga. The bolster is supportive yet firm and filled with 100% microfibre batting. Dimensions measuring 57 cm in length, 18 cm in diameter and weighs approximately 1.2 Kg. The inner is zipped, and filling can easily be added or removed for a more personal feel. The cotton twill cover is removable and machine washable. The draw string on the bolster makes for easy carry.

The cylindrical shape makes it perfect for placing underneath knees to release the lower back and alleviate tension throughout the body. It is also ideal for providing support during deep hip opening poses and as a prop to allow for asana alternatives. Here are some versatile ways to use it:

• As a supportive seat in Easy Pose, or sitting directly on top with the bolster lengthways.
• Large bolsters are often placed underneath the knees to support the lower back in savasana, but the mini bolster can also be used, and as support underneath the ankles as well as underneath the wrists.
• Explore using the smaller bolster in supine chest-opening poses such as Bound Angle Pose.
